Baked Eggs Recipe

I will seriously never boil eggs again. I always do something wrong where the yolk turns out runny or green. It's always a hassle to peel the shell too.

Baking them is a fool proof way for yummy hard boiled eggs where the shells practically peel themselves! Okay, that's exaggerating a little bit, but seriously it's so much easier.

Put the eggs in a muffin tin. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Immediately put them into ice water for 10 minutes.


Peel and enjoy! How beautiful is that? :)
