I had the most awesome experience this past weekend at my first Karate Tournament. Well, it wasn't for me, it was for my 4 year old son. He got to break a board for the very first time and let me tell you, it seriously made his day! Maybe his whole week! He keeps talking about it so much that I ordered a plastic re-breakable board online. It just arrived and I can't wait to show it to him when he gets out of school. He also received his first trophy ever! The smile on his face when he it received was priceless.
When we got home, I really wanted to do something with his first ever broken board and trophy. So here it is, on display in his room. Simply put some nails into the wood and BAM! Cutest ever display for the trophy. On the back, I wrote the date. Such a great keepsake. I love it and I hope you do too.
