Contact Paper Jellyfish Craft

We are going to the aquarium this week so I'm all about the under the sea crafts. And I love contact paper. The crafting possibilities are endless.

Here's what you'll need:

Contact paper, tape, pipe cleaners and any little knick knacks to decorate with.

We used glitter glue but I wouldn't advise that, since the contact paper didn't stick together well after having the glue on it before it was dried.

Cut a circle out of the contact paper and then cut that in half. Place one half down with tape and let your child decorate however they want.

We used pipe cleaners as the jellyfish tentacles. You can totally use ribbon or even strips of construction paper. Be creative!

When your little artist is finished with their masterpiece, get the other half of the circle and place it sticky side down. All of the decorations will be sealed in. How fun! I had to do a little bit of extra taping since the glitter glue made things slippery.

It came out so cute! And like most things, it isn't perfect, but it is perfect for me. My 3 year old had a blast making this. Thats a win!
