Hey there!
I've been wanting to figure out a way to lower our monthly "bundle" of cable, phone and internet. It's easy for me to cut the house phone, because we have cell phones anyways. But cutting cable is something I had trouble with. When I think of over the air television, I picture a fuzzy screen that keeps cutting in and out. I didn't want to deal with dancing with antennas all day just to get a clear picture.
Through some internet searches, I discovered the Mohu Leaf HDTV Antenna. This thing is aahhhhmazing! Okay, first of all, its about the size of a sheet of paper and it's just as thin. It comes with thumb tacks and velcro for you to choose to use. Also, you can choose to put it up on the white side or the black side to make your interior design.
This is how it looks set up, and a side view to show how thin it is!

Now to the most important part: How do the channels look? ... CRYSTAL CLEAR in HD! Seriously!
I get PBS, CBS, FOX, the CW and about 20 other channels. Most are old black and white shows and spanish shows but the main stations are there and the quality is impeccable.
Here are some pictures I took on Friday of the over the air HD tv.
Also I'm are able to stream Netflix through the ROKU (review coming soon)
Netflix has all the shows that Frankie loves like "Super Why," "Yo Gabba Gabba," "Curious George" and a BUNCH more! The movies and documentaries on Netflix are great too!
So now let's do the math. The bundle was costing $160 per month.
The Leaf Antenna is a one time cost of $40 and the Roku is $50.
Netflix is $8 a month.
Cancelling phone and cable brought our bill down now just $40 a month!
$48 a month sounds pretty damn good! I just saved $1,300 for the year of 2013! Feels SO good to save money :)
