Turkey Burger Recipe

This turkey burger recipe is so delicious! My mouth was watering as I cooked it, smelled so good! Eating clean and Advocare approved :)

Here's what you need:
3 lbs ground turkey
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
2 egg whites
1/2 C bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 tbsps low fat ranch dressing
*Adobo (or salt and pepper)
*Sofrito (Puerto Rican seasoning optional)

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Most people use wax paper to separate the parties, but I don't have any. I lined a baking sheet with foil, sprayed with cooking spray and formed the patties there.

I put the rest of the patties in the freezer to eat another day.

After the patties are frozen, transfer into a ziplock bag. (We love go gurt lol)

Put about an inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 10 minutes before putting the patties in.

The patties will cook in about 3-5 min on each side.

When fully cooked, place on a plate lined with a paper towel.

I wish I took better pics of the final product. They were eaten very quickly. Haha!

There you have it. Easy peasy. Eating clean can still be delicious.
